Mowing in Panther Creek
The Panther Creek area is part of north Frisco, where a lot of the city's newer neighborhoods have grown up. Coopers Mowing offers weekly and every other week mowing with the full trim, edge and blow-off.
About the Panther Creek area
Panther Creek is in north Frisco, one of the parts of the city where much of its newer residential growth has happened. Newer neighborhoods here tend to have HOA standards, young street trees, and lawns that were laid as sod when the homes were built.
Mowing a newer lawn
If your home is new, give fresh sod time to root before the first cut. A common guideline is a couple of weeks or so, and an easy check is to gently tug a corner. If it lifts, wait. If it holds, it is generally ready. Early cuts are usually best on the higher side, taking off only a little at a time. See new home lawn mowing for more.
Sun, heat and fast growth
With young trees that do not throw much shade yet, many north Frisco yards sit in full sun. That suits Bermuda, which handles heat well and grows fast through summer. Bermuda is generally kept short, so it can outgrow its range quickly. In the growing season, weekly mowing keeps each cut small and the lawn even. In slower months, every other week can work.
Fast growth also means runners heading for the sidewalk. Edging along the sidewalk and driveway is part of every visit, so those lines stay clean.
Neighborhood standards
Coopers Mowing does not know the details of any HOA's rules. If yours has lawn guidelines about mowing, share them with Joseph when you ask for a quote.

I just moved in. When can my lawn be mowed?
Once the new sod has rooted in, often a couple of weeks or so. Tug a corner gently. If it holds firm, it is generally ready.
How often should a sunny Bermuda lawn be mowed?
In the growing season, weekly is usually the best fit because Bermuda grows fast and is kept short. Every other week can work in slower months.
