The four-step visit

Mow. Trim. Edge. Blow-off.

Whichever plan you pick, every visit covers the same four steps. Here is what each one is and why it matters.

Mow

The front yard and the back yard both get mowed on every visit. The goal is an even height across the whole lawn, so there are no tall patches or uneven strips.

Mowing height matters. Most North Texas lawns are Bermuda or St. Augustine, and each grows best at a different height. Cutting too low can scalp the lawn and stress it in the heat.

Trim

A mower cannot reach everything. String trimming takes care of the grass around beds, along fences and around tree trunks, the spots that otherwise turn shaggy.

Trimming is a big part of why a lawn looks finished. Long grass hugging a fence line or a tree is one of the first things people notice from the street.

Edge

Edging cuts a clean, straight line where the lawn meets the sidewalk and the driveway, so grass does not creep over the concrete.

Warm-season grasses spread by runners, and they will happily grow across concrete if nothing stops them. Regular edging keeps those lines crisp.

Blow-off

When the cutting is done, the clippings get blown off all the hard surfaces: driveway, sidewalks, walkways and patio.

It is the last step and the one you notice when you pull in. No green clippings tracked into the house, no mess left on the driveway.

Not part of the visit: landscaping, tree work, irrigation and yard cleanups. Coopers Mowing is mowing only.
