Rental property mowing
For landlords, property managers and homeowners renting out a house near Frisco. Keep the lawn on a steady weekly or every other week plan, so the outside looks as cared for as the inside.
A lawn that looks cared for
When you own a home you do not live in, the lawn is one of the few things you can see from the street, and one of the first things a neighbor or a future tenant notices. An overgrown yard makes a house look neglected even when everything inside is in good shape. A steady mowing plan keeps the outside matching the care you put into the rest of the property.
Who this is for
- Landlords with a rental house around Frisco or nearby
- Property managers looking after homes for owners
- Homeowners who moved and now rent out their old place
The service is the same regular plan any homeowner gets: weekly mowing or every other week, with the full mow, trim, edge and blow-off on every visit. Pricing depends on yard size, so the quote is free.
Setting it up
When you reach out for a quote, share the property address, which plan you want, and who Joseph should contact about the yard. If someone other than you will be the main contact, such as a property manager, say so up front so there is no confusion later.
Access and pets
Nobody needs to be home for a visit. What matters is that the yard is reachable and pets are inside. With a rental, that usually means a quick word with whoever lives there:
- Gates unlocked on mowing day, or a code shared with Joseph
- Dogs and other pets kept inside during the visit
- Hoses, toys and small items picked up off the lawn
If the yard cannot be reached or a pet is out, the visit may need to be moved, the same as for any customer.
Tenants and lawn care
Some leases put lawn care on the tenant and some keep it with the owner. That part is between you and your tenant. If the lawn is your responsibility, a mowing plan is a simple way to make sure it gets cut on a regular rhythm without anyone having to remember.
Mowing only. Coopers Mowing does not do landscaping, yard cleanups, move-out or make-ready work, irrigation repair or hauling. The service is regular mowing on a weekly or every other week plan.
Does anyone need to be at the rental for the visit?
No. As long as the yard is reachable and pets are inside, nobody needs to be home.
Can my property manager be the contact?
Tell Joseph who he should contact about the yard when you ask for a quote, so it is clear from the start.
Can you do a one-time cut before a new tenant moves in?
Coopers Mowing offers weekly and every other week plans, not one-time cuts. A regular plan keeps the lawn ready all the time, not just on move-in day.
