HOA lawn mowing
A lot of neighborhoods around Frisco have HOA rules about lawns. Getting mowed on a regular schedule is the easiest way to stay on the right side of them.
I don't know your HOA's rules
Every HOA is different, and I'm not going to guess at yours. Look up your HOA's lawn guidelines, and if anything in there is about mowing, send it to me when you ask for a quote. Then we're both working off the same list.
How a schedule helps
Most lawn notices happen because the grass got away from somebody for a couple of weeks. A trip, a busy month at work, a rainy stretch where the lawn shot up. On a plan, the yard gets cut on schedule even when you forget about it.
- Weekly is the usual pick in spring and summer.
- Every other week can work for smaller yards or in fall.
What people see from the street
Grass height is only part of it. A clean edge along the sidewalk and a driveway with no clippings on it are usually what people notice first. Both are part of every visit.
What mowing won't fix
Some notices are about weeds in the beds, dead patches, overgrown shrubs or low tree limbs. I only mow, so you'd need someone else for those.
Questions
All questionsDo you know my HOA's rules?
No. Send me anything from your HOA about mowing when you ask for a quote.
I got a notice about weeds. Can you help?
Not with weeds. I don't do weed control. Regular mowing, trimming and edging does keep the grass itself looking right.
