Bigger yards and corner lots get the same visit as everyone else. There's just more of it.
Big yards in summer
A big lawn piles up a lot of growth in a Texas summer. If it gets behind, that's a lot of tall grass to cut back, and taking too much off at once is hard on it. That's why I usually point big yards to weekly from spring through summer. Every other week can work once it cools off.
Corner lots
A corner lot faces two streets, so there's more sidewalk to edge and more yard people see. Edging along the sidewalks and driveway is part of every visit, so both sides get done.
Price
Price is based on yard size, so a big yard or corner lot gets quoted for what it is. Mention it in the notes when you ask for a quote.
Homes only
I mow residential yards, not commercial property.
Mowing only. No landscaping, tree work, brush clearing or sprinkler work.
