Rental property mowing

If you own or manage a rental house near Frisco, I can keep the lawn on a weekly or every other week plan.

Who this is for

  • Landlords with a rental house in Frisco or nearby
  • Property managers looking after homes for owners
  • People who moved and now rent out their old house

It's the same weekly or every other week plan any homeowner gets, priced by yard size.

Setting it up

When you ask for a quote, send the property address, which plan you want, and who I should contact about the yard. If a property manager is the main contact, say so up front.

Tenants, pets and gates

Nobody needs to be home. I just need to get into the yard, and pets need to be inside. With a rental, that usually means a word with the tenant: gate unlocked or the code sent to me, dogs kept in on mowing day, and toys and hoses picked up off the grass. If I can't get in or a dog is out, the visit may have to move.

Whose job is the lawn?

Some leases put the lawn on the tenant and some keep it with the owner. That's between you and your tenant. If it's on you, a plan means nobody has to remember.

Mowing only. No landscaping, cleanups, make-ready work, sprinkler repair or hauling.

Questions

Can my property manager be the contact?

Yes. Just tell me who to contact when you ask for a quote.

Can you do a one-time cut before a new tenant moves in?

I only do weekly and every other week plans, not one-time cuts.
